Sales Executive
-The Account Executive’s primary responsibility is the establishment of new Client accounts and the sale of new products and services.
-Key responsibilities include: developing and nurturing Customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, planning and organizing sales efforts with respect to their assigned market territory and achieving pre-determined sales goals and objectives.
-Other responsibilities include providing oversight for existing Client accounts - ensuring quick response and follow up to client requests, achieving continued financial growth of existing accounts and the delivery of outstanding client service via effective communications.
-Typically 1-2 years of experience in specialty sales.

Sales Manager
-Directly deal with customers and aim to accomplish sales objectives from the product service and key account relationships.
-Based on the business strategies, to develop and enhance customer relationships for the key account. Business development to increase footprint in strategic account. Build and strengthen relationship with strategic account.
-Provide specific and accurate information from the customers and enable to run the project smoothly and promptly.
-Drive the winning strategy and manage all aspect of the bidding project
-Work closely with pre- and post-sales teams to ensure superior end-to-end service throughout the entire supply chain.
-Influence the regional product teams to provide the required service solutions and in-time deliverables to the strategic account
-Understand customer’s requirement and enable to provide service solutions.
-Study and understanding the company products and the technical knowledge accordingly.
-Responsible for technical support before or behind of sales, diagnosis and service for applications question
-University or Bachelor's degree preferred.
-Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customer and higher level customer interface.
-Detailed knowledge of key customer types or customers on given products.
-Typically 3-5 years of experience in specialty sales.  Sales experience for hotel industry is preferred
-Product demonstration, customer training, product installation skills
-Use knowledge in specialty, and consultative selling skills, to proactively help customers with making IT business decisions
-In depth knowledge about product, service, solution and differentiators between own offerings and what competitor's offerings.

Channel Sales
-Actively prospects within accounts to discover or cultivate solutions sales opportunities within area of technical specialty (in close cooperation with the account manager.
-Formulate and expand solutions to generate additional product or service attachments and up sell revenue.
-Certain roles may also sell through the channel.
-Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
-Work with the client up to IT management level.
-Contribute to building of the pipeline by generating leads and referrals and new customer opportunities within specialty area.
-May focus on growing contractual renewals for small-to-mid size accounts with limited complexity, to higher-total contract-value renewals.
-Interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solutions development.
-Build sales readiness and reduce client learning curve through effective knowledge transfer in area of specialization.
-University or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Technical Support Engineer
-Pre-sale support including provide technical solution, Q&A of service proposal, technical implementation, and communications with all related parties.
-Technical support to customer including technical implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and all related coordination after commercial.
-Coordination with related department to discuss and make solution for any technical problem and new requirement
-System troubleshooting and problem resolving,Maintain service documents
-1+ year related work experience
-Bachelor degree or above
-Strong logic, and analysis capability
-Strong learning capability
-Strong communication, coordination capability, and team work
-Able to work independent and take responsibility

Research & Development

Product Manager
Develop and implement market research plan and competitive intelligence analysis for products. Collect and analyze the consumers’ need. Be responsible of products life-cycle management, product profit control, market share and innovations on product.
Assume the role:
-Market research plan and competitive intelligence analysis
1. Collect the product awareness and user acceptance from consumers, in order to feedback the sale situation.
2. Do support of the brand growth using the information from consumer and market research.
3. Absorb the instant market information, to catch up the change, competition and market development.
-Formulate and coach products and their winning propositions throughout product strategy
1. Build up all the marketing activities for the brand or new products
2. Design product promotion materials for high-up their competition
3. Initiate the recommendation of new products to their target market
-Product launching activities, promotion plan and management
1. Implement all the product commercialization activities, e.g., packaging, printing teat, law application, concept test, cost & profit analysis, acceptance test, manufacture test, AD effect analysis, the minimal quantity required, channel cover, and promotion schedule developing, etc. 
2. make sure a successful new product launching through AD and other promotion activities
3. plan and control the mixture principle and schedule of media
-Manage the product life-cycle overall, including channel, price, cost & profit management, risk management and other recommendations Collaborate closely with colleagues from various organizations both internally and externally
1. collaborate the harmony among internal depts. of R & D, QC, Accounting, Logistics and Sales
2. Collaborate the relative external fellows, such as AD agency, research agency, design company, media, packaging supplier, printer, relative product association and other government sectors.
Public Relationship
1. Internal: Communicate and make reports among R&D colleagues, designers, logistics, manufacturing, purchasing, relative bases, leaders of relative business units, HQ strategic marketing dept, marketing center and P&R dept, etc.
2. External: Fellow designing company, R&D Company, Innovation Company, advertising company, supplier and retailers
-Education background: above bachelor, MBA preferred
-Working experience: 4 years or above Product marketing, Product planning/ management or Universal Industrial Design experience in Consumer Electronic industry. Preferred for applier with experience of information service
-Training: trained with product management, project management, R&D preferred
-Skills: good skill in organization and priority situation handling. Have a wise thinking way and innovation view. Optimistic attitude, creation mission and team work ability. Good at task distribution and provocation plans 
-Others: good at market insight, planning, emergency handling, information analysis, organization, team-work and communication.

Software Engineer
-Develop, debug and integrate WiFi (IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n) and Bluetooth firmware/driver/application on embedded or mobile Linux-based platforms
-Port WiFi and Bluetooth driver/application to different embedded or mobile platforms
-Support department of china porting/debugging remotely or onsite as needed
-MS in EE, CE, CS or equivalent is required
-2+ years of software development on embedded or mobile platforms is required
-Strong C or Java programming is required
-Good knowledge of 802.11 and Bluetooth specifications is preferred

Embedded Software Validation Engineer
-Test the Software R&D released packages on Peoriv embedded products, and summary the report.
-Do the bug reporting and trace the bug fixing.
-Make the test plan and develop the efficient test procedure.
-Help to maintain Peoriv technology technical support website.
-Help to maintain the internal technical support working database.
-Help to do the technical documents collection and provide the reference to the customer support.
-Involved Peoriv new embedded products development and do the validation before products MP.
-Familiar with embedded OS installation.
-Good C/C++ programming skills. 
-Good debugging and problem tracking skills.
-Experience in the website database application development.
-Knowledge on Graphics and Video Acceleration.
-Must be a self-motivated team player and be able to work in a cross-function teams environment.
-experience in embedded system and driver testing will be advantage.

Embedded Software Engineer
-The candidate should have significant experience in software methodology, C/C++ and assembler languages, real-time software, simulation and debugging tools.
-The candidate must be able to communicate technical ideas in a clear and un-ambiguous manner to other technical (and possibly non-technical) personnel.
-The candidate should have a passion for success, have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, and be able to develop collaborative working relationships both internally and externally.
1. Design, develop, test and document new versions of C-based device driver software to support new features and capabilities
2. Experience in microcontroller based embedded application in consumer electronics
3. Analyze and resolve driver problems found by customers
4. Generation of Application Notes in term of device driver
5. Maintenance of thorough and accurate device driver codes and documentation
-2-5 years of experience with 2+ years in C based Device Driver development
-Good communication capability is required
-Design and implementation of software/firmware for embedded systems based on 8-bit microcontroller as well as 32-bit proc
-Must have experience of developing software using C, C++ and assembler for real time applications
-MFC programming experience
-Device driver development based on C

Hardware Engineer
-Work as a senior team member on developing application hardware for Peoriv system product.
-Activities are self-determined and involve the assessment and resolution of complex problems at the project/functional level.
-Lead a project, make decisions, solve complex issues, analyze the requirements, breakdown to high level designs, select key components, and write detailed design documentation
-Develop schematics with CAD software.
-Design PCB circuit board utilizing Microprocessors, Network Processors, FPGA/CPLD, Memory, and Interface ICs.
-A Minimum of 3years’ hardware product development experience; full cycle development experience
-Good verbal, interpersonal, and technical leadership skills.
-Proficiency in digital and analog circuit design for communication application, or Video system or communications system or other similar system is required.
-Design experience with EMI and EMC compliance is required
-Extensive vendor relationship and design for cost reduction experience for large volume product manufacture are desirable.
-Knowledge of appropriate design, manufacturing, and reliability considerations.
-BS, MS or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering

-Support business on employee data analysis, tracking dash board and monthly review
